LegUp - For Triumph Rocket III
LegUp™ is happy to announce that it has been adapted to the Triumph Rocket III 'SuperBike' ! Now you Triumph Rocket owners that could use a LegUp™ can get one.
It took quite a bit of engineering, but as you can see from the
pictures The system looks and works great!! This bike required a wider set of Legs than any we have built before. This is a very big motorcycle, with lots of power! We had a customer in California named Tony,
that wanted a LegUp™ system so he shipped us his bike, and let us take it apart to make it work!
Being as wide as it is, we had to make some changes to get the actuator far enough outboard to clear everything, while still having the bracket that holds it be strong enough to support the bike. 3/8" Plate rather than 3/16" is what it took, with reinforcements all over the 6" piece (most bike have a 1.5" lower actuator bracket!).

The system costs $3,495 (or consider our LITE system for $500 less!), and is available immediately! If you are having trouble handling the weight of these bikes as they stop, this system is going to make your riding so much more comfortable.
The wheels work exactly like the system on the big bikes. They can be deployed just before the bike stops, and retract automatically upon acceleration. You can even lean the bike somewhat with the wheels lowered. When the wheels are up, the bike is not compromised at all! Lean into turns all you like... You can't do that on a trike or other outrigger-type systems.
Minimal structural changes are required to install or remove the LegUp™ system on the Triumph. One cover had to be clearanced to allow the Upper actuator bracket to clear on the left side, and one hole in the frame had to be threaded to hold the same bracket.
We recommend a qualified shop install the system. The Triumph install is a bit tricker than most, so unless you are really handy and know this bike well, you probably shouldn't try this on your own! If you would like to check out the 'Installation' or 'User' Manuals click MANUAL!
